Thanks to all who came out to the shows in Europe in February and especially all the fans in France, 5 over the top shows singing along and representing the rock, incroyable! March is here and our fearless travel weary rock warriors are off to Australia for some warmer weather and ready to entertain the loyal rockers of OZ! End of March, April and May is an extensive tour of parts not played in some time in the US of A, hitting some different venues and playing with bands that are well...a little different like the infamous Green Jello (turned Jelly) as part of the Parental Advisory tour, come out and enjoy the freak show while Nashville Pussy rip it up just like Lemmy would. Look for the band to be making the rounds at some of those crazy Euro summer festivals again. Canada they are a coming just not sure exaclty when yet!

Hello Pussy Posse - Happy Mother and Father Fucking 2010! Hell Yeah! I can't wait- this year is gonna be a ball. So Far So Good. Last December for Xmas I had an early surprise in my stocking, I got a text from our old merchandise guy that I am in PLAYBOY! Our New Years show was really swell. We haven't seen each other in a while so it was good to get messy with the band and man did it get messy! I think we're still cleaning up from the after party... or at least still finding weird clothes around the house! 
We are only home for few weeks before we head to Denver for a one off party at Three Kings - for those of you who had to work the last Halloween show - now's your chance to come and party with us. Then we're off to Europe for Febuary - should be nice and warm right?
Blaine and I are cleaning out the basement- we are finding all sorts of cool shit/merchandise and are slowly making everything available to the fans through our website - Most of the stuff we can't sell on the road because they will get destroyed in transport; Old Promotional Posters, A Cassette! NASHVILLE PUSSY

Though this uncompromisingly raunchy quartet will never be radio darlings, the stalwart hard rock four-piece from Atlanta, Georgia has its own loyal cult of pussy worshippers. Never straying from the tried and true subjects of fucking, fighting, and drinking, Nashville Pussy lead guitarist Ruyter Suys (pictured above) and bassist Karen Cuda look like real-life Russ Meyer heroines, and prove that cock-rock isn’t just for the boys. 

The recent Playboy on newstands now features a stunning picture of Ruyter from the recent Motorhead tour, and no nipple slip was actually witnessed, she is a professional! Note the inlay on her SG neck and her Voivod wristband.

Feb 2010 finds Nashville Pussy headlining so far in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands with special guests, then they head down under to play some Australian Festivals and shows in March. April and May Nashville Pussy rock Canada and The USA. More details soon!

Supersuckers and Nashville Pussy Aiding The West Memphis Three was a top story for this week. Here it is again: (PR) Supersuckers and Nashville Pussy will be auctioning autographed items on Skeleton Key Auctions designed to raise money for the defense fund of Damien Echols, Jessie Misskelley, Jr., and Jason Baldwin.

The three Arkansas men, dubbed the West Memphis Three (www.wm3.org), were convicted of the 1993 murders of three elementary school children. Since their trials were chronicled by Joe Berlinger and Bruce Sinofsky in the HBO documentary, Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills, a groundswell of support has formed around the Echols, Misskelley, and Baldwin—support that includes a wide array of artists such as Metallica, Henry Rollins, Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, Tom Waits, Winona Ryder, South Park creator Trey Parker, Will Ferrell, Johnny Depp, and Jello Biafra. Supersuckers have been staunch supporters of the West Memphis Three over the years.

They're back to kick your ass!

For over a decade, NASHVILLE PUSSY has been bringing the fire and spirit of REAL ROCK 'N ROLL to stages all across the planet. With four acclaimed full-lengths and a Grammy nomination in tow, the band has honed their most impressive recording to date in the form of FROM HELL TO TEXAS.

Indeed, FROM HELL TO TEXAS stacks up perfectly against other masterful Pussy classics such as 'Let Them Eat Pussy' and 'High As Hell.' As always, Ruyter Suys' spectacular axe-work is front and center, breathing even more whiskey-fueled passion into husband Blaine Cartwright's creations, with burners such as "I'm So High," "Drunk Driving Man," and "Pray for the Devil" leading the charge. The album was recorded at Willie Nelson's Pedernales Studio in Texas on the same two-inch tape machine which Willie himself has used to cut all of his legendary albums.

In the past year, they've continued to cement their reputation as one of the hardest working bands in the world, with tours of Australia, Brazil, Japan, Europe and most recently almost a year straight with the Reverend Horton Heat all over North America.
