HEY
PUSSY POSSEE!!!!! WHOLLY FATHER FUCKING HELL - WHAT A FUCKING
BLAST! I'm talking about Austin's
SXSW - and the Roller
Derby! The whole weekend was rediculously fun.
The rollerderby itself was by far one of the most outrageously
satisfying scintillating performances WE have ever been witness
to - and so very proud to help entertain. Everyone involved
deserves a big fat smooch and a trip down spank alley with
us behind the paddles!! We have never been involved with a
pack of cooler, hot ass - shit kicking women in our lives
- we felt very at home to say the least! Our gig at the Red
Eyed Fly with Supagroup, Honky
and Bionic
was packed to the gills as expected and did Austin proud -
I know tons of people didn't get in and we apologize but you
know we'll be in your neighbourhood again. Our heads were
still spinning two days later when we had to pry ourselves
out of the hotel to make it to the Roller Derby at noon! -
It was worth every last hungover moment. Check out the links
on the site to imagine the debauchery up closer. Thank god
SXSW only lasts 4 days - although ours kinda ran into the
next week a bit too. Last but not least San
Antonio's White Rabbit was the
best San Ant. we've ever had. Thank you Texas for a spectacular
week - It'll be a while before we can live that down!
So
now that we've mostly recuperated Nashville Pussy heads out
the door to support none other than the very sexy Zakk
Wylde and his Black Label Society. Corey and
I once personally had the pleasure of walking behind Mr. Wylde
and his drummer for at least ten minutes before we realized
they wasn't just some hot skinny ass dudes - years back at
Dynamo - so let's just say Katie and I are looking forward
to this tour. (The guys are too but for different reasons)
Directly
on the heels on BLS we split to Europe yet again for the already
infamous Nashville Pussy / Bionic European Invasion.
Someone's gotta go over there and represent Rock n Roll! For
for all y'all who wanna put down the news for a horny evening
of pure hot n horny rock n roll - you're in luck - we'll be
there! We'll be hitting a shitload of Virgin countries so
the whole band is very excited to say the least.
Good
news - we will have a DVD available from our last Paris performance
within the next 6 months - we've seen it and I have to say
it's quite astounding. Without a doubt the best sounding and
looking live performance we'e ever seen. Rock the fuck on
and we'll see y'al down the road. Ruyter and NASHVILLE
PUSSY!
